  • Mollee Fishaw

200 YTT, NASM certified, NASM Women’s Fitness specialist

I love to help people build positive relationships with movement and fitness. Movement is more than training one’s body for physical benefits, it has ample mental health benefits as well. I love to my help my clients realize that taking care of their body sprinkles the same care into every other aspect of their lives. I want to make your experience is fun and inviting so that it’s an enjoyable part of your day.

I began my fitness career in 2015 and have truly enjoyed group fitness the most, teaching everything from kickboxing, cycle, boot camps, TRX etc. Nothing like the energy of a group of people together, supporting and growing each other. I continue to add new forms of fitness and yoga to my training and enjoy blending all of these aspects to create effective, fun and beneficial classes.

If I’m not teaching yoga or fitness you can find me outside gardening, paddle boarding, hiking and camping.

  • Julia Siladke

Julia offers creativity-inspired gentle-style yoga classes to support in cultivating self-loving awareness, balance and restorative rest.

Yoga became a well-developed passion offering an exploration into grace, body awareness and inner calm which fit joyfully after her childhood of practicing handstands, somersaults and the splits next to her Junior Olympic gymnast mother. Though originally initiated through the focus and self discipline of hot yoga in 2011, her practice expanded over the past 15 years into various forms of vinyasa and power yoga after attending hundreds of classes, yoga festivals, workshops and trainings.

Julia discovered the power of a restorative yoga practice after experiencing the intense demands from her critical care nursing career. She continues to live an active and vibrant, plant-based lifestyle through hiking through the beauty of Northern Michigan, practicing yoga, fitness classes, paddle boarding, acro-yoga, climbing and dancing!

    Favorite Mantra

Every day, I am capable of embracing and creating what I want in life.

  • Danielle Piotrowski

    Danielle Piotrowski

    RYT 200hr
    Yin 50hr Certification

Danielle’s love of yoga began in hot Baptiste and Bikram style classes 20 years ago.  After many years practicing and learning from incredible teachers in Seattle and San Diego, she moved back to TC and completed her 200hr teacher training at Yen Yoga.

Having recently completed Bernie Clark’s 50hr Yin training, Danielle offers a deeply grounding, restorative practice focused on rehydrating the connective tissues, joints, ligaments and tendons. Slow, intentional poses and sound healing guide students’ nervous systems into a state of rest-and-repair, improving recovery, mobility and promoting a deep sense of inner peace.

When Danielle isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, you’ll find her ice dyeing, paddle boarding, gardening or spending time with her family somewhere on Lake Michigan.

  • Amber Jager

    RYT 200hr

Amber is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher. Wellness and fitness have been the foundation of her life since graduating from Michigan State University in 2015. Before moving to Traverse City, Amber lived and worked in Grosse Pointe, MI for several years as the Wellness Program Manager at the Neighborhood Club (gym and community center), while also teaching in the evenings and on weekends. In 2023, she made the decision to step away from the standard 9-5 and move to Traverse City in order to follow her dream of a slower, more intentional life immersed in nature.

Amber loves strength training and power yoga, and in the years following giving birth to her son, she has also grown to appreciate how important it is to give your body the time and space to recover, and press pause on a default mode of constant stimulation and productivity. She was drawn to Yin and Restorative Yoga when learning how to calm her nervous system. In her restorative classes you can expect a calm environment, focused on helping you release tension and find a state of rest/reflection, utilizing somatic awareness, breath, and many props. When Amber is not teaching, she is enjoying the outdoors, figuring out how to garden, spending time with her son and husband, or getting lost in a good book.
