Stephanie Nagy
200hr YTT
Stephanie started exploring yoga during mental health "flare-ups", especially during college and COVID-19 pandemic. Stephanie has always been curious about exploring the body, stretching the body in new ways, and what makes us who we are. She found yoga initially while dealing with the stress of a college student learning to manage adulthood. After taking a break from the practice, Stephanie reunited with her mat at yoga classes offered at the climbing gym and a yoga studio with community and like-minded values. Stephanie immersed herself in the practice, committing to a daily practice and 200-hour YTT over the next year. She started teaching quickly after. She continues to love learning from and about others.
In her free time, Stephanie hikes with her dog, kayaks, skis, climbs, and spends relaxed time in nature. She is newer to the Traverse City area but especially loves being outside and experiencing all 4 seasons!

Mollee Fishaw
200 YTT, NASM certified, NASM Women’s Fitness specialist
I love to help people build positive relationships with movement and fitness. Movement is more than training one’s body for physical benefits, it has ample mental health benefits as well. I love to my help my clients realize that taking care of their body sprinkles the same care into every other aspect of their lives. I want to make your experience is fun and inviting so that it’s an enjoyable part of your day.
I began my fitness career in 2015 and have truly enjoyed group fitness the most, teaching everything from kickboxing, cycle, boot camps, TRX etc. Nothing like the energy of a group of people together, supporting and growing each other. I continue to add new forms of fitness and yoga to my training and enjoy blending all of these aspects to create effective, fun and beneficial classes.
If I’m not teaching yoga or fitness you can find me outside gardening, paddle boarding, hiking and camping.

Grace Guba
Hi, I’m Grace!
As a yoga teacher, I believe in the power of movement to restore balance—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Whether through physical flows, grounding practices, or moments of stillness on your mat.
Yoga to me, connects us intuitively to ourselves, and practicing together invites us into deeper community.
Join me on the mat, where we begin as enough, and we are right on time—one breath at a time.
Om Shanti Peace.
